Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website and client portal working, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — understand how visitors use the site.

Essential cookies

Always on

Analytics cookies

Optional

Help us understand how visitors use the website through Google Analytics. These are only set if you accept analytics cookies.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies using the banner on your first visit.

You can change your choice at any time using in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Portal authentication cookies are essential for keeping you signed in securely. These are not used for marketing.

We use trusted providers to operate our website and deliver services. They only process data on our instructions and for the purposes listed below:

  • Supabase

  • Vercel

    Website hosting and performance

  • Sanity

Each provider maintains its own privacy policy. We choose services with strong security practices and, where possible, UK or EU data hosting.

  • Analytics data — according to Google Analytics retention settings (if consented)

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.

9

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated portal access, role-based permissions, and secure cloud infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your client portal account.
